Where We Show Up

Trunk or Treat

Every fall, you’ll find our team gathered at a local church, trunks open and costumes on, ready for the annual Trunk or Treat event. What started as a fun way to hand out candy has grown into something bigger: a chance to celebrate Halloween safely with families across the neighborhood. We decorate our vans, laugh with kids in costumes, and enjoy seeing familiar faces outside of service calls. It’s a reminder that community thrives when people come together—not just for emergencies, but for joy and connection too.

Toys for Tots

The holidays are a time for giving, and one of our proudest traditions is supporting Toys for Tots. Every year, we collect toys from customers, friends, and team members to ensure that children in our community experience the joy of opening a gift on Christmas morning. We market the drive, send out reminders, and host gatherings where neighbors can drop off donations. For us, it’s more than charity—it’s about building memories and ensuring no child is left out during a season of giving.

MetroCrest Services Donations

Beyond seasonal events, we also support MetroCrest Services, an organization dedicated to helping families in crisis with food, clothing, and household needs. Sometimes it starts with something small—like Denise, one of our team members, offering her own porch as a drop-off spot for donations. But even small gestures can ripple outward. Each bag of groceries or bundle of clothes delivered makes life a little easier for a neighbor in need. And those are the kinds of quiet acts of kindness we believe matter most.

We know we can’t do it all alone. That’s why we partner with organizations like Toys for Tots and MetroCrest Services, groups already making a real difference in North Dallas. By aligning with their missions, we multiply our impact. Together, we’re able to reach more families, provide more resources, and create more moments of joy.

Expanding Our Impact

We’re proud of the initiatives we support today, but we also know there’s more to be done. Looking ahead, our goal is to expand our involvement with MetroCrest Services and explore additional opportunities to partner with local nonprofits. We’d like to host more collection drives, offer our vans for transport, and encourage customers to join us in future giving efforts.
