Estimates: Free estimates for all services, which are non-binding and may vary based on actual work performed.
2. User Responsibilities
Access: You must provide safe access to the areas where plumbing work is to be performed.
Property: You are responsible for any personal belongings in the work area.
Payment: Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may incur fees.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice, but we will honor the price quoted at the time of estimate for 30 days.
We accept cash, credit cards, and checks. Checks returned for insufficient funds will incur a fee.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: Must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, or a fee may be charged.
5. Warranty
Work performed by My Local Plumber is guaranteed for 90 days from the date of service for parts and labor, unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
My Local Plumber is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless My Local Plumber, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these ToS.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
My Local Plumber reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
